Service was a little all over the place but I know it's their first opening week. Started with the valet sign outside the hotel but no valet agent outside. So I drove to the end of the hotel where there was a parking sign. It's not associated with the hotel and they charge $25 up to 3 hours.

Cocktails are $22-25 range. Appetizers were about the same range. But you're paying for the killer view. It's thee best view of Manhattan I've ever seen. Seating is more geared towards parties of 4 and up. Not much seating for 2. Free coat check and unisex bathrooms are a plus.

Let me just say that management here is awesome! Service not that great! I was staying at the hotel, and before we headed out to dinner we decided to come here for some drinks, and small bites. I didn't see anyone at the front desk, so we walked to the back and sat by the window, and waitress seemed annoyed but let us sit anyway, I didn't know you couldn't sit anywhere...she took our orders, before I ordered our drinks I asked if she had Red Bull, which she said yes, so we ordered two Hennessy double shots, with Red Bull, we also ordered the cheese platter, and fries. We literally sat there for 20 minutes with no drinks, as I seen everyone else getting their drinks, so I asked her what was taking so long. She informed us that they were getting Red Bull from downstairs, and it would take five minutes, so I figured I would wait, I already waited 20 minutes, after the five minutes passed, I didn't see her anymore, I finally asked another waitress about our order, mind you it's been 30 minutes & still no drinks, she said there was no Red Bull. Okay someone could have told me this a long time ago! So we decided on ginger ale instead, she could see I'm aggravated and sent the manger over, I explained the situation, also explained that we still haven't even received the small bites we ordered either. She apologized, got the drinks over ASAP, and took everything off the bill!!! I wasn't expecting that, nor did I need her to do that, but it was great customer service that she did. Meanwhile we never seen our original waitress again....

The views are beautiful here, it's a lot smaller than I expected, I don't know the deal with the tables....apparently you can't just sit down.

Fries weren't anything special at all, no truffle, no cheese, just plain O'le fries....

This bar is also open to the public...

View is cool. $20 get in. Ok got it not so many ppl. Acceptable. $18 for mojito or other cocktails. It's ok too. But please don't use cheap alcohol. Bottle of quality mojito is $~10. Don't get cheap if you wanna be "fancy". Especially when you charge high!!!

This place was really cute and had amazing views of the city, bridges, and Statue of Liberty. The service was slow, but they were very accommodating and let us sit at tables that were reserved since people weren't coming until later. The drinks we had were absolutely delicious and had unique flavors. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting a nice drink with a great view.

I love this spot ! By far the best view of NYC that you can get. Cocktails were refreshing and tasty. I ordered the "Unforgettable" and it's name lived up to its reputation ! The staff here is not only polite but also a gorgeous group. Masha and Krystle were especially attentive, i really enjoyed their selection of black cocktail attire. Make sure to order the cheese board.

One of the coolest spots I have been to. The vip host Jens (pronounced "yens") was extremely accommodating and made it a worthwhile experience coming from Manhattan. The view is unbeatable and a great date spot or for group gatherings.

Great drinks, great views! Located in the 1 hotel and offers breath taking views. The drinks are yummy and if you're around Dumbo you gotta come just for the view.

Love it here!! Gorgeous view and amazing service. Most places that include gratuity have poor or mediocre service but Marina was one of the best servers I've ever had! It was very busy and she showed patience and calmness. There was a miscommunication in drinks and she handled it perfectly. I'll be coming back and asking for her

So I'm in the service industry myself and don't like to leave comments as they can skew the perception of a business, but this place has been beyond ridiculous when it comes to both in house service and customer service. My friends and I were just there this past weekend celebrating two of our birthdays, the server didn't seem to care about serving us in the first place, mind you because they'll grat you on just one Jack and Coke at the bar let alone your whole check- which could be ok, if the care attention paid was there, everyone there in my group is a manager at other NYC establishments. All in all we split the bill equally between 5 of us and only one of us got charged for the entirety of the bill. After 3 days of calling in and dealing with OLIVIA via both phone and email the issue has not been resolved, and Olivia still chooses to take our number down again as a resolution even though she has all that information since she herself has emailed us about this. This is someone's money and your employee's error, have some decency and fix the issue in a timely manner. To tell us no manager is in the building to help us rectify your mistake is not an answer, and also clearly states your bottom line as a company and if not put some work into getting back to your guests who spend their hard earned money at your business. You're lucky you have a view to offset your terrible service.
