3 QUESTIONS
...about July health
Anthony asked Rachel Grumman Bender for the Yahoo health team's best tips for taking care of yourself this month.
Anthony: Which health appointments should I get on the books?
Rachel: July is Healthy Vision Month. I’d suggest booking an eye exam to check for any early signs of disease and that glasses or contacts prescriptions are up-to-date.
Anthony: What’s seasonal in the produce section right now?
Rachel: I suggest picking up a juicy watermelon. You can slice it up, add it to a poke bowl — or even pickle the rind!
Anthony: What's a fun, new way to work out this month?
Rachel: Try an Olympics-inspired fitness routine. Sign up for an adult gymnastics class or channel your inner Katie Ledecky by doing laps at your local pool.
