Former NFL RB & Bluegrass native Damien Harris hosts youth football camp

RICHMOND, Ky. (WYMT) - Kentucky native and former NFL star running back Damien Harris will host a free football camp this summer through his ‘Heart of Harris’ foundation.
The foundation’s inaugural camp will be open to kids ages 8-16 on July 13-14 in his home state of Kentucky at Madison Central High School.
The goal of Harris’ foundation is to equip youth in communities across the country with the tools and resources needed for physical and mental wellness.
“Starting in my own community, that helped me get to where I am today, what a better way to kick off the foundation than to offer a free football camp to the kids in this community and surrounding areas,” Harris said.
