TODAY:
A sultry feel to the air already this 4th of July morning. It’ll be partly sunny, hot and muggy today with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Heavier bursts of rain are almost guaranteed with all of the available moisture in the atmosphere. The question is how strong the action gets this afternoon. Thus, we can’t rule out a stronger cell or 2. Highs will top out between 85° and 90°.
