WISE COUNTY, Va. (WYMT) - Officials with Virginia State Police (VSP) have revealed the identities of those involved in a deadly crash in Wise County, Virginia.

The crash involved an Audi Q3 and a Chevrolet Trax on U.S. 23 just before 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12. The crash stemmed from a police chase.

Amy M. Lockwood, 45, of Wise, Va., was the passenger in the Chevy SUV. Lockwood was taken to the Norton Community Hospital, where she died after sustaining injuries from the crash that she could not overcome.

The driver, Alvin C. Hall, 52, of Wise, Va., was taken to the Johnson Central Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries.

The driver of the Audi, Dimitri J. Green, 27, of Charlotte, N.C., was flown to Johnson City Medical Center. One of the passengers, Shaquille S. Samuel, 26, was also taken to Johnson City Medical Center. Both were being treated for serious injuries.

A’Kiel M. Gilchrist, 21, was the other passenger in the Audi. Gilchrist was taken to the Norton Community Hospital with minor injuries.

Green has been charged with felony homicide.
