Guest Weather at the 2021 Appalachian Moonshine, Music, and Artisan Makers Festival

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - After a delay, the first-ever Appalachian Moonshine, Music, and Artisan Makers Festival took place in Pikeville.
Folks at the festival decided to try their hand at forecasting the weather with Meteorologist Evan Hatter.
