Sandra Hayes, 63, of Belton, the once owner of Soft Landings Rescue, was charged with 37 felony warrants for ill-treatment/torture of animals after a search of her property on March 18, 2024. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office released these photos taken inside the home where the rescue operated.
