Holiday guests will feel right at home for brunch at this Greenville, South Carolina, restaurant
Today, we're gonna make the southern, um, like onions peppers and we got country hound and we're just gonna add some egg to it. I love to create. I learn, I love the challenge. You know what I mean? You never master cooking. You always learn something new every day. It's by itself. Art Cart and we serve it with toast. This is our Southern number. Then we got *** hot fud. The sides of biscuits. I called out no part. And that is it. You said that for *** second? I love the team. Um, all us got different backgrounds. Um, so I always knew that any time with different cultures and different backgrounds that we can create good ideas and, um, we kick you out good menus. I had some friends that lived in Nashville. We came through Greenville on the way down and fell in love with it. That was 30 years ago when we first married. So, um, Greenville was far different than it is today. I'm originally from New York. I actually just relocated down here in Greenville six months ago. I could have picked anywhere pretty much where I wanted to go. Um, what we, we love down here was you had *** feel of *** big city with, uh, *** tight community and I just wanna do my part and contribute to Greenville, South Carolina. Oh, no, the vibe is very lively and fun. The music helps with that. Greenville offers music venues but they, they never had that connection of *** full dining experience with it. So when you combine that with the brunch scene, it just creates that place you wanna be. You know, it's an excuse to get out with family and friends, I think, uh especially when you have the mimosas and, you know, you got them flowing. I think it's just, you know, people work hard all week and then they wanna, you know, start their day early with *** brunch, nice brunch.
