SC man with rap sheet 'longer than a CVS receipt' busted for what he had in Spider Man lunch box, police say
A South Carolina man with a rap sheet “longer than a CVS receipt” is facing more charges for what deputies say they found in a Spider Man lunch box in his car, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities said they pulled over 50-year-old Christopher Brian Shiflet on July 3 and he started acting "nervous with deputies and very jittery."
Shiflet would not let deputies search the vehicle, but a K-9 alerted deputies about something in the car, deputies said.
Deputies said Shiflet then admitted to having drugs inside a Spider Man lunch box.
Inside of the lunch box, deputies said they found located the following:
- Approximately 120.42 grams of methamphetamine
- Approximately 14.75 grams of fentanyl
- Approximately 33.82 grams of cocaine
- Approximately 8.81 grams of crack
- 22 dosage units of Alprazolam
Shiflet faces a long list of charges in this case.
