CHARLOTTE — An arrest has been made in a deadly shooting on Monday in north Charlotte, according to arrest warrants.
The homicide happened on Cinnabay Drive, which is near West W.T. Harris Boulevard and Interstate 485.
Officers were called to the address at about 5:30 p.m. for an assault with a deadly weapon.

He's charged w/ voluntary manslaughter.
He was given a $75,000 unsecured bond, meaning he won't have to pay anything to get out.

Daniel Gomez, 37, died at the scene, police said.

According to the arrest warrant, Luis Rolando Gonzalez has been charged with felony voluntary manslaughter.
Police have not said what led up to the shooting or shared any possible motives.
