The Humpty Dance Recipe from JamBox Sandwich Shop

Ingredients:

· Bread of Choice, Toasted

· 4oz Ham

· 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese

· 2 Strips of Bacon

· 6 oz of Scrambled Egg Salad

o (4 eggs Scrambled + 1/4 cup Mayo + 3 TBl Relish + salt and pepper to taste)

· Strawberry Jam

Directions:

· Make egg salad as instructed and chill

· Cook Bacon per package

· Toast Bread

· Add Ham to bottom of Bread

· Add Cheese to Ham

· Add Bacon to Cheese

· Add Egg Salad to Bacon

· Add Strawberry Jam to top bun

· Cut Sandwich as desired
