Missing teen girl identified after remains found in Hendersonville, foul play suspected

The girl was reported missing in Macon County on June 29.

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Police have identified the human remains found in Hendersonville on Thursday as a missing teen girl from Macon County.

Hendersonville police said 17-year-old Trinity Bostic’s remains were found near Vietnam Veterans Boulevard. Bostic was reported missing in Macon County on June 29.

Foul play is suspected in this incident, according to police. HPD is asking anyone with information to call (615) 822-1111 or the Hendersonville Crime Stoppers at (615) 594-4113. Tips may also be submitted using the P3 Tips Mobile Application.

“In order to maintain the integrity of the investigation, no other details surrounding this incident will be released at this time,” HPD said.
