NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - New pictures were released Monday of the truck believed to be involved in the hit-and-run of a Nashville restaurant owner.
A private investigator sent the two new photos to WSMV4. Investigators say the Nissan Frontier truck was found at a hotel on Sidco Drive over the weekend. The photos show the truck was damaged.
Police said Carney was hit in front of Smokin’ Thighs on Wedgewood Avenue on June 19. He was critically injured and has been hospitalized since the crash. Investigators say Carney was hit shortly after he was seen leaving his restaurant.
