WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Just look up Monday and you can see the blue sky has been replaced with a yellow hue, a sure sign that Saharan dust has settled into the state.
That dust will be around all week, helping suppress both the clouds and rain. That in turn brings near-record heat. Storm chances are low, but not zero.
