Yoghurt bark is the snack of the moment on social media right now. It's the perfect option for satiating those post-dinner sweet cravings and is incredibly easy to make at home.
We've given our yoghurt bark recipe and Wimbledon-themed twist with a strawberries and cream flavour that's refreshing, delicious and only uses two healthy ingredients.
You'll need a blender or food processor to make this yoghurt bark (or a stick blender in a jug in a pinch), as well as a baking tray with high enough sides, to not let the yoghurt mixture spill all over your freezer.
Lastly, make sure your tray actually does fit flat in one of your freezer drawers - there's nothing worse than going through with a recipe only to find you can't fit it in your fridge/freezer/oven.

Tip: this is a really flexible recipe, so if you can't find strawberries you can use raspberries, blueberries or even stone fruits like peaches.
