It's rare that a humble saucepan captures the heart of the internet in such a way. At one point, the Always Pan racked up a waiting list of over 10,000 and, to date, we can't recall any other cookware that's gone literally viral.
But, the frenzy hasn't just been because the pan is seriously pretty. It genuinely does have a number of handy features that help it tick the form and function boxes. Seriously, it's been dubbed a 'kitchen magician' by none other than Oprah.
When WH tried it, we loved the built-in spoon rest that gives you somewhere to slot your wooden spoon even when the lid is on. The non-stick is also impressive and, while we found it did decline slightly over time, it's always been a dream to clean, even when used to whip up scrambled eggs or thick sauces.
A steamer that nestles inside works well for fish and vegetables, as well (although you do have to watch to ensure the pan doesn't boil dry as it sits close to the bottom, leaving space for only a shallow pool of water).
But, really, what does it for us is the super cute range of colours it comes in. The flagship 'spice' shade (a dusty millennial pink) is especially dreamy, but the brand has since brought out some more vibrant shades as well.
We love the limited edition acid green and the sunny bright yellow – making dinner could never be a chore in when using buttercup-hued cookware, right?
Since the brand bought out its original Always Pan, they have also launched a 2.0 version - which, according to reviews, is a much better non-sticking pan. And guess what - that's on sale too - with £45 off in the Black Friday sale.

Always Pan® 2.0
As well as ticking off everything that the original pan has, its 2.0 version also has Thermakind™ — the brand's very own ceramic nonstick coating. Made in some very bold colours, we love these bright blue - and we have to say would look fab in our kitchen.
The pan can also withstand oven temps up to 230°C - and comes with a steam-release lid, a steamer basket and a spatula. Currently with £45 off for a standard size, and £50 for a larger pan.
Large Always Pan
The original pan, which people went to wild about, currently has 25% off, in all colours - from lavender to sage - meaning you can colour coordinate it with your kitchen.
The pan is suitable for every type of cooking - it sautés, fries, roasts, boils, bakes, braises, sears, strains, serves and stores well - snap it up before it sells out.
Mini Always Pan
Yep, they have the cutest mini version of the pan too - eek! If you already have a cluttered kitchen and need to space save or you're just adding to your Always Pan collection the mini pan is a great choice.
Available in 11 different colours it has all the same cooking abilities, hello steamer turned fryer, just at a smaller capacity. Ideal if you live on your own - and you can bag a saving of £30.
Cast Iron Always Pan
If your kitchen is lacking a Cast Iron Pan it could be worth investing in the Always pan, which comes with an 8-in-1 toxin-free enamelled cast iron bottom. Again the pan has multiple uses and can move from stovetop to oven with a heat resistance up to 260°C.
Currently on sale with £36 off their normal RRP - we think we'll get one in lavender, or maybe blue salt colour - choices, choices.
