Senior Food and Drink Writer
Eleanor is the GHI’s senior food and drink writer, specialising in Taste Approved food and drink reviews – from English sparkling wine and chocolate to recipe boxes and gin. Prior to joining the team, Eleanor wrote for Ocado Retail, The Drinks Business and Wine List Confidential, producing a mix of features and news stories, as well as collaborating with food brands on campaigns.
She also got to review the latest restaurant openings and interview leading chefs and sommeliers. Passionate about food and drink, Eleanor loves eating out and experimenting in the kitchen. She is WSET-certified and enjoys pairing wine with food and trying unusual grape varieties and styles.
