Prevention Educator

Provides primary prevention programming, including middle and high school dating and sexual violence education, community education training and sexual violence prevention programming to adult employees in bars and breweries. Includes curriculum/presentation development, scheduling and outreach, program implementation, and program evaluation. Works consistently within the mission statement of the agency. Pay rate: $17-18/hr.

After Hours Hamilton County Hotline Advocate

Provides after-hour, on-call intervention, advocacy, support, information and referral to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. This can include telephone advocacy in Hamilton, Butler, Adams, Brown, and Clermont Counties in Ohio. Work consistently within the mission statement of the agency. Pay rate: $11/hr + $50 stipend.

Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide support to the Accounting and HR functions at the Agency. This position will assist with day to day operations to ensure accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll are processed timely and accurately. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecasting activities. The Senior Accounting Manager will interact with senior leadership, vendors, and other contacts which requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Salary starting range: $70k/year

Prevention Coordinator

Highly motivated and dependable professional to coordinate and facilitate the agency’s prevention programs and professional trainings in schools and the community. Programming includes sexual violence prevention, teen dating violence prevention, healthy relationships, intimate partner violence prevention, and can include other related topics.  Responsible for curriculum and presentation development, scheduling school-based programming and community development.  Operate as a content expert on gender-based violence and serve as a key trainer for the agency. Works consistently within the mission statement of the agency.  Salary: $41,600/yr.

DVERT Advocate

Provides on-scene advocacy to survivors of domestic violence in concert with partnering Police Agencies within Hamilton County. Cincinnati Police Department, Delhi Township Police, Norwood Police, North College Hill Police, Cheviot Police, and Green Township Police during 911 calls. Stipend: $50-100 per shift.

DEIB Director

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Director (DEIB) plays a crucial role in promoting equity and fostering an inclusive work environment within an organization. The DEIB Director develops, implements, and executes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives to attain organization strategies and objectives and ensures adherence to organizational core values. Provides essential training and coaching to leaders on DEIB and cultural literacies, humility and competency related matters. Additionally, advises enhancements in recruitment, retention and organizational strategies to ensure alignment within the Agency’s Strategic Plan. As a leader, the DEIB Director will provide guidance to multiple teams within the organization, including all Co-Champions of the Agency’s Strategic Plan Pillars, ensuring accountability for their outcomes and performance in DEIB. The DEIB Director will remain informed about industry trends, legal requirements and other factors influencing DEIB programs and will represent the Agency at meetings and events advocating for DEIB in the workplace. Starting salary: $75k/year
