Somersworth police responded to a road rage incident on Market Street near the Maine state line on Sunday around 8:30 p.m.

Police said they received a report that shots were allegedly fired.

Officers from Berwick, Maine, located a person of interest and conducted a motor vehicle stop, detaining and later releasing that person.
