A 71-year-old man died after a hit-and-run crash between a car and a bicycle last week in Manchester.Manchester police said the crash happened Wednesday afternoon in the area of Central Street and Union Street.Police called to the area found a 71-year-old man lying on the pavement on Central Street suffering from a serious head injury. It was reported that the car appeared to be a black Nissan Rogue with possible veteran’s plates. The vehicle didn't stop and continued to drive east on Central Street, police said.Anyone with information is asked to call Manchester Police at 603-668-8711.

A 71-year-old man died after a hit-and-run crash between a car and a bicycle last week in Manchester.

Manchester police said the crash happened Wednesday afternoon in the area of Central Street and Union Street.

Witnesses told police they saw a black vehicle collide with the bicycle in the intersection. It was reported that the car appeared to be a black Nissan Rogue with possible veteran’s plates.

The vehicle didn't stop and continued to drive east on Central Street, police said.
