Authorities said Nicholas Johnson, 42, died from a gunshot wound, according to an autopsy report.Authorities also said Ben Lyons, 21, from St. Johnsbury, was sent to the hospital where he later died from a stab wound to the neck, according to an autopsy report.Authorities said both deaths have been ruled a homicide. Police said it was an isolated event, and there is no threat to the public. Police said they believe all parties were known to one another and are accounted for. Anyone with information that could help investigators is asked to call Vermont State Police in St. Johnsbury at 802-748-3111.
