Batavia mother using yard sign to promote need for kidney donor

The National Kidney Foundation says 100,000 Americans need a kidney donation. Lindsey Day, of Batavia, is one of them.The mother of young children put out a yard sign hoping someone would answer the call to donate a kidney.
