WJCL Editorial: Many questions left unanswered at presidential debate

After this week, everything looks very clear.As a matter of fact, Thursday night, really motivated me.I want to be honest. This week I had not planned to do an editorial. But some things can’t be ignored.Some people have been tuned out until now.Some say they don’t really care about politics.When candidates can’t answer questions or when candidates choose not to answer questions that cannot be good enough for us.The questions still remain and they’re still not answered.The debate this week left me feeling one thing.Now is a time for local politicians, teachers and parents to take control.We can’t rely on someone else to make sure our community survives.We can’t rely on the norms to make good choices for us.We have to figure out what we love about America.We have to stand up and speak out on every issue.We need to really participate to let politicians know exactly what we represent.Tune in now!Pay attention now.There is time to gather your thoughts.But you need to take this election year seriously.I’m Ben Hart.
