Half of Savannah's top permitted developments in 2023 were apartment complexes and hotels. Here's the list.

The city recently unveiled its Invest in Beautiful Savannah interactive map to showcase what projects have been announced and are in the works.
The map spotlights the top 20 permitted private development projects by year, based on project valuation.
Currently, it shows the top projects in 2023.
