The City of Savannah has launched a new interactive tool so the public can keep track of private developments within the Hostess City.

The city recently unveiled its Invest in Beautiful Savannah interactive map to showcase what projects have been announced and are in the works.

The map spotlights the top 20 permitted private development projects by year, based on project valuation.

Currently, it shows the top projects in 2023.

The top project last year was the development of a 1.45 million sq. ft. warehouse at 100 Landmark Blvd. West. The 'Central Port Logistics Bldg 1' project is listed with a valuation of $78 million.

Also making the list was a project for Gulfstream, valued a $65 million.

  • Holiday Inn Express, Gateway Boulevard: 104 rooms, valued at $8 million
