A preliminary hearing for Leilani Simon has been scheduled for Jan. 11, 2023.
This comes just days after she was arrested, charged in the murder of her missing toddler, Quinton.
Quinton Simon was last seen at his Savannah home on October 5. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance have led to international coverage.

Leilani had a court hearing Wednesday but did not physically appear.
Police say they believe they found Quinton's remains. Now his 22-year-old mother is charged with murder.
Chatham County Police Chief Jeff Hadley said Leiliani Simon was arrested Monday afternoon and booked into the Chatham County Detention Center.
Police say they do not anticipate any other arrests in the case.
"She has been the sole suspect since the beginning," Hadley said.
A bond hearing is scheduled for Wednesday morning. Check back for updates.

On Friday, search teams found human remains, bones they believe belong to a small child. A DNA analysis, which could take days, is being conducted.
"We have every reason to believe this will confirm the remains are Quinton's," Hadley said.
During the landfill search, law enforcement officers combed through 1.2 million pounds of trash over a 30-day period.
"What happened to this 20-month-old child is unthinkable," said Will Clarke, senior supervisory resident agent in charge of the FBI’s Savannah and Brunswick offices. "This investigation does not end here, there is more work to do."
"We had every belief that Quinton was at the landfill," Hadley said. "We feel that we have a very strong case. We have put thousands of hours into this."
"She doesn't deserve a Thanksgiving, quite frankly," Hadley said of Quinton's mother. "Quinton deserves that."
