While most families leave Walt Disney World with happy memories, the resort has experienced a number of tragedies in recent years.On Tuesday evening, a 2-year-old boy from Nebraska was pulled into the Seven Seas Lagoon near the Grand Floridian Resort. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration later ruled key sensors failed to alert him of the danger.A judge ruled last year his family cannot sue Disney for punitive damages in a wrongful death lawsuit.Disney was forced to make changes to its Monorail system following a crash that killed a pilot in 2009.The National Transportation Safety Board found two other employees' failures contributed to Austin Wuennenberg's death.
