Nearly 1 in 3 pregnancy-related deaths in the U.S. are due to cardiovascular problems. AdventHealth Central Florida Division has a program for women who develop heart conditions during pregnancy. It’s called the Mother’s Heart Wise program.AdventHealth started it as a referral-based program currently in the pilot phase. It’s moving into phase two and will also have a virtual component, AdventHealth said.
