Registration open for Boston Athletic Association's 2024 Boston Half marathon
Registration opened Monday for the Boston Athletic Association's 2024 Boston Half, which will be held Sunday, Nov. 10.The race kicks off at Boston's Franklin Park at 8 a.m. The field will be limited to 9,000 entrants, who will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, organizers said. Registration for the 2024 Boston Half is $100 and all athletes will receive an adidas Boston Half participant shirt plus race day amenities and unicorn finisher medal.Free youth events will be offered on race morning within Franklin Park, including races and medals for all.The 13.1-mile course runs along the picturesque Emerald Necklace Park System, past landmarks such as the Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica Pond, and Franklin Park Zoo, before finishing at White Stadium in Franklin Park. Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has partnered with the B.A.A. Half Marathon since 2003 as the race’s presenting sponsor and exclusive charity team.
