Steven Bredugo, 28, of Providence, Rhode Island, Paul Miller, 46, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Jovan Lemon, 29, of Providence, Rhode Island, and his brother, Paul Lemon, 30, of Warwick, Rhode Island, were taken into custody Friday.
