SPRINGFIELDS, La. (WAFB) - Springfield football is on the move in 2024. The Bulldogs elevating the program from 2A to 3A this coming fall.
Springfield struggled down the stretch last year and finished up at 4-7 with a first-round playoff exit at the hands of Many. The offense struggled to incorporate a consistent passing game while the defense had its issues with open field tackling.
Both aspects of the game have been huge points of focus this off-season to produce success and help the Bulldogs hit the ground running against stiffer competition.
