Sportsline Summer Camp: The Broadmoor Buccaneers
BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - When Yasin Sarah took over the Broadmoor Football program a few years ago, it wasn’t really in the best standing. There was a lengthy losing skid and the roster was depleted.
Fast forward a couple of years later and the Buccaneers have laid a strong foundation and are excited to keep attacking more success in 2024.
Nutrition has been a big point of emphasis this offseason for the Bucs.
Coach Sarah told us that Broadmoor started using an elite training program similar to what big programs such as Central and Catholic use. The program stresses more explosion, flexibility, and of course strength which has already paid dividends on the field and on the scale.
