BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department are working to identify a man accused of breaking into a woman’s home.

According to investigators, the individual unlawfully enterered a residence at 1919 Boulevard De Province on June 10.

BRPD confirmed a woman was inside of her bedroom when she reportedly heard loud noises coming from inside the home.

Police said once she investigated the noise, she saw the man attempting to steal her belongings.

After seeing the victim, the man allegedly left the residence.
