Free computer training available, here’s how to sign up

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Mirror of Grace Outreach is offering free computer training.

The nonprofit organization announced its computer literacy training classes will begin on Thursday, March 7.

Classes will be held at the Eden Park Library. The address is 5131 Greenwell Springs Road in Baton Rouge.

Organizers say classes will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on each scheduled date.

  • March 7, 2024: Microsoft Excel
  • March 14, 2024: Microsoft Word
  • March 21, 2021: Microsoft Powerpoint

A certificate of completion will be given to participants who attend all 3 classes. Laptops will be provided.

Mirror of Grace Outreach says the goal of the program is to support north Baton Rouge residents with skills for employment, increase community investment, and promote the startup and growth of small businesses.
