Human Jukebox heading to Vegas to perform ahead of Super Bowl

Southern University’s Human Jukebox is yet again making national news, but this time they will be heading to Las Vegas to make an appearance at the Super Bowl.

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Southern University’s Human Jukebox is yet again making national news, but this time they will be heading to Las Vegas to make an appearance at the Super Bowl Soulful 25th Anniversary Celebration.

The university was first to break the news via Instagram.

The Advocate Newspaper reports that the band will be performing with Grammy-winning gospel artist Kirk Franklin, who is also one of the headliners for the celebration.

The band will be bringing the “rhythm and bass” to the stage performing live on Wednesday, Feb. 7 in Las Vegas.

Their performance will be aired Saturday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. on CBS.
