Glee’s Darren Criss is set to make his Broadway debut by briefly succeeding Daniel Radcliffe as the lead in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, according to Deadline. It’s not a done deal yet, however: Negotiations between Criss and producers are expected to begin when Glee head honcho Ryan Murphy gives the go-ahead. If it happens, Criss would replace Radcliffe when the Harry Potter star finishes his run and perform for three weeks, from January 3 through January 22. Of course, we should note that Criss first achieved fame by starring in the viral video “A Very Potter Musical.” It’s such a coincidence that it’s almost more like a smart gimmick. [Deadline]
