This popular Italian label is selling out faster than it can restock

Bottega Veneta has become the favorite brand of those who are both practical and stylish.

First, there was Phoebe Philo, an icon of minimalist fashion, who encouraged people to focus on the essential classics within a wardrobe. Once she left Celine, her career gave rise to a group of women designers, who devoted their creations to the minimalist, and controlled sense of fashion that Philo had made so popular.

Now, there is Daniel Lee, the 32-year-old British designer who is now the creative director at Bottega Veneta. After making a name for himself as the director of ready-to-wear at Celine, Lee has managed to re-attract the Philo-addicts, with new perspectives on simplicity, and modernity. With seemingly simple and quirky accessories, complete with a design twist, the designer's creations have appealed to more than one It-girl. An Instagram account dedicated to Daniel Lee and his designs has been launched, and it's deserving of some attention, @newbottega.
