This Thursday, February 27, 2020, Natacha Ramsay-Levi hosted with a handful of star-studded guests for the Fall/Winter 2020-2021 show for the Chloé house.

Natacha Ramsay-Levi has always been keep to create a feminine wardrobe perfect for everyday life, and for the occasion she also invited 3 female artists: Rita Ackermann, a painter whose works illustrated certain pieces, Marion Verboom who created the gold sculptures of the set and Marianne Faithfull, whose voice played in the background while the models walked. Take the opportunity to look back at three silhouettes spotted during the Chloé show which we already feel like wearing.

The 1970s vibe

The 1970s look is an aesthetic that has been inspiring the fashion world in recent season and which fits perfectly with the image of the Chloé woman: free, feminine and relaxed. From a wardrobe composed of flare trousers, jacquard sweaters, midi skirts and patchwork cashmere print dresses to other pieces with retro charm, the 1970s trend was well and truly present at the Chloé show and is one we all want to copy.

Modern romanticism

Through a series of illustrations from painter Rita Ackermann printed on the pieces of this Fall/Winter 2020-2021 collection, Natacha Ramsay-Levi celebrates a new form of femininity in the spirit of the times. A poetic wardrobe, joined by a plethora of long, flowing dresses, each highlighted by a delicate detail, be it sun pleats, frills, embroidery or other discreet lacing.

The mix between masculine and feminine

The common thread for Chloé, Gaby Aghion (founder of the house) owes her success to a shirt dress created in a 1950s spirit. The mix between masculine and feminine remains one of the essential notions explored each season by Natacha Ramsay-Levi. For this show, it included a succession of suits, men's pants, belted blazers, revisiting hunting jackets and boyish trench coats to see us into the Fall/Winter 2020-2021 season.
