Get ready to see two of the most charismatic actors in Hollywood fall in love and save the day. The first look at the highly anticipated Passengers, which premieres this Christmas, sees Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence rocketing their way to a distant colony when the sleep system malfunctions and they mysteriously wake up decades before their hibernation period is supposed to end. While there aren’t many people we’d like to see stuck with each other alone in space for all of eternity (although Michael Sheen makes an appearance as a dapper robotic bartender), this genius pairing is one we don’t mind following into another galaxy at all. And for those who aren’t sold by its inevitable romantic premise, worry not, there is plenty of sci-fi action to keep you satisfied, too. Passengers pretty much looks like a mash-up of The Martian and Gravity and When Harry Met Sally.
