Venture House was founded in 1987 and originally occupied a space at the local YMCA. After a few years, a move was made to our current free-standing facility with an historic stone front and backyard garden. In 2017, Venture House opened a second location on Staten Island. We have served almost 2,000 members over the years and continue to welcome new members on an ongoing basis. Venture House prides itself on being open every day of the year in Queens, and every day but Sundays on Staten Island (all holidays included!)
