Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez may have only started dating again at the beginning of May, but almost twenty years after calling off their engagement the reunited couple are apparently “beyond happy,” “fully committed,” and ready to spend the “rest of their lives together.”

According to multiple publications, the rekindled romance between these two stars is getting very serious, very fast. One insider revealed to People that “their relationship is very strong” and Lopez “is beyond happy” with how things are going so far. The jet-setting pair also recently flew out to the Hamptons with the singer's twin children to make the most of the long holiday weekend. “They were with family and friends and had several activities planned, including beach outings, boating and a BBQ,” the source said. And that group outing apparently only reconfirmed the couple's commitment to one another.

Another source revealed to Us Weekly that both Lopez and Affleck are “thrilled” by “how seamlessly” they've picked up right where they left off back in 2004. “The past few months have been a real whirlwind,” they said. “They’re well aware some cynics still look at it as a big, flashy attention grab and roll their eyes at the speed of it all, but it doesn’t faze them one iota. They’re fully committed to taking the next steps and spending the rest of their lives together.”

And even just two months in, the source added that neither star feels like "they're rushing things" in the slightest. “It feels like they’ve been together again for years, not months,” the source explained. “As far as they’re both concerned, they’re just blessed to have found each other and discovered true love, which most people can only ever dream about.” And while their engagement may not have worked out the first time around, this time, “there’s not a single doubt in their mind[s] that this is [not] going to work. Everything that went wrong in the past can only serve them in a positive way this time around.”
