There seems to be a bit of a land rush starting up on Miami's "Billionaire's Bunker," after Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen reportedly followed in Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump's footsteps and bought their own multi-million-dollar mansion on the elite, high-security island.

The celebrity couple recently moved to Florida after Brady signed on to become the new quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, renting Derek Jeter's Tampa “Jetersville” mansion. But now it seems they're ready to officially put down roots, buying the 26 Indian Creek property on Indian Creek Island for $17 million, according to Page Six. The pair reportedly plan to demolish the current house and build their own dream home in its place—an environmentally friendly mansion similar to the Brentwood, California home they sold to Dr. Dre for $40 million in 2014. Both Brady and Bündchen are apparently big fans of architecture and interior design and are exacting in their specifications, even “about their doorknobs.” A source told the outlet, “They like to build from the ground up. Look at their Brookline home, this will be like that.”

Some of the pair's close friends already live in the “Billionaire's Bunker,” including Victoria's Secret model Adriana Lima and billionaire real-estate developer Jeff Soffer. The Bradys will also be just a stone's throw from Jared and Ivanka who are believed to have purchased Lot 4 on the island for $30 million, where they will also be building their dream home from scratch. And both couples are just minutes from Josh Kushner and Karlie Kloss who also bought a new $23.5 million Miami home in August and have been living there ever since. The great celebrity Miami migration may only just be getting started.
