The UTSU strives to provide its recognized clubs with the tools they need to have the best events and year they can. Please see below for the resources we can offer you.

Insurance Coverage For Club Events
Did the event venue request proof of insurance certificate for your club event? UTSU got you covered! Free insurance coverage can be provided for UTSU recognized club events. To request an insurance certificate, or to check the eligibility of your event, please complete the insurance certificate request form at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Not all events are eligible for coverage.
Club Mailbox
Does your club need a mailing address? UTSU provides a club mailbox where your mail will be kept safe and ready for pickup at our Community Hub. If you are addressing mail to our office, please be sure to check your mailbox at least once per week as space is limited. Have mail addressed to your club’s name (not an individual) and use this address: 230 College St., Toronto ON M5T 1R2.
Printing For Clubs – Free Credit
Note: Club printing services are on hold at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Need help promoting your club? Use the FREE print credits allotted to UTSU-recognized clubs! You can use your credits to print your club promotional materials (which we’ll post on our boards!), posters and other documents.
Printing Credit Costs:
- Black & white 8.5’’ x 11’’ = 1 credit each
- Black & white 8.5” x 14” or 11” x 17” = 2 credits each
- Colour 8.5’’ x 11’’ = 2 credits each
- Colour 8.5” x 14” or 11” x 17” = 4 credits each
To access this service, bring a USB stick with your files to our office and our Community Resource Specialists will assist you.
