General Policy
Check In: 3:00 PM, Check Out: 10:00 AM.
Deposit Policy: Full amount due at time of reservation.

Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 5 tents per transaction at a maximum of 2 transactions. Under Canvas reserves the right to require reservations of 10+ tents booked online to re-book directly with the group sales team. This applies to 10+ tents booked via any number of transactions.
If you are booking using an AARP or military discount, proper identification will be confirmed during check-in. If no ID is presented during check-in, guests will not be eligible for the discount and will be charged the full reservation amount.
You will be responsible for any damages to your tent or furnishings during your stay.
Fire restrictions in the national parks & county may, in extreme circumstances, prohibit the use of wood stoves and fire pits.
Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.
The intended occupancy of each tent type is provided in the given tent types description. Kids tents are only available for children under 18. One additional cot can be added for children 18 and under at a fee of $25 per stay. We will not allow parties exceeding our maximum occupancy to check in to a single tent.
A deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed and will be charged to your credit card within 5 days of booking. Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged in full upon check-in.
**If credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.**
Please note that booking an adventure online does not guarantee your adventure reservation. Our team will be in touch within 72 hours via email to finalize your request before we submit it to our vendors. The price of your adventure(s) is subject to change and is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from the Under Canvas adventures team.
In the very rare event Under Canvas tent inventory cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation, any money received will be refunded or better accommodations will be provided. Taxes and fees are subject to change and additional amounts may be due upon checkout.
Cancellation Policies
You have up until 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 30 day window prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons/enhancements you book. Early departures or no shows will still be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit refund for cancellation, unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.
Resort Fee Policy
Resort fee includes: Complimentary parking; guest services; experiential programming including – but not limited to – daily yoga classes; kids arts and crafts; live acoustic music; evening s’mores; use of lululemon mats and blocks; Black Diamond walking poles and more. Guests may also enjoy 24/7 access to indoor and outdoor games and lobby lounge amenities including complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and a selection of artisanal teas.
Gift Card Policy
All gift cards are fulfilled electronically.
Gift cards can be bought under someone else’s name for use as a gift.
Reservations for gift card redemption must be made by phone only (888) 496-1148.
Gift cards may be used for your tent, food & beverage or retail on-site.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Social Media Giveaway
The winner will receive a two-night stay in a Deluxe Tent at any Under Canvas location in Utah or Arizona (valid through the 2024 season, $900 value), an Olukai gift card ($500 value), a Vetchy gift card ($500 value), and a Monos gift card ($500 value).
The giveaway ends on 7/22/2024 at 11:59 pm MST. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted on 7/23/2024. Winners will ONLY be messaged from the @undercanvasofficial account. Please do not interact with accounts that are not our official verified account. Any other account claiming to have selected a winner is invalid and not associated with this giveaway.
Winner must respond within one week of notification. If you do not respond by 7/30/2024, we will select another winner. Gift cards will be sent digitally.
