More than 9,600 Ukrainian pupils registered in Lithuania

More than 12,000 Ukrainian children of all ages are registered in Lithuania, according to the country’s Ministry of Education, Science and Sports. Of these, 9,640 are pupils, 3,300 of whom attend schools accredited by both the Lithuanian Ministry of Education and the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science.

EU bans all transactions with Ukraine’s cultural heritage goods looted by Russia

The 14th package of EU sanctions against the aggressor state, Russia, which was adopted today by the EU Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs, contains a direct ban on any trade or other transactions with objects of Ukraine’s cultural or intellectual heritage that were captured amid Russian aggression and removed from Ukraine by Russian invaders.

About 60% of working-age Ukrainian refugees found a job in Estonia

Nearly 30,000 war refugees from Ukraine have received temporary protection in Estonia, with approximately 20,000 of them being of working age (20-64 years old). Learning the Estonian language and organizing their daily lives have contributed to nearly 60 percent of working-age Ukrainians being employed today.
