The Ukrainian Navy has proved that the Ukrainian sea will not tolerate the Russian fleet, President Volodymyr Zelensky has said.
"Ukraine Navy Day. The day of heroic warriors who proved that the Ukrainian sea will not tolerate the Russian fleet and that the Ukrainian marines are beyond the enemy’s capacity," Zelensky said in a post on Facebook and shared a relevant video.
On Sunday, July 7, Ukraine celebrates Navy Day.
The holiday was established by a decree of the President of Ukraine on June 12, 2015 and is marked on the first Sunday of July.
