WHO’s Health Emergency Appeal 2024

Natural disasters and conflicts threaten the lives, health, and well-being of 300 million people, with 166 million requiring healthcare. Women, children, older people and individuals with pre-existing medical conditions are disproportionately affected. Timely access to healthcare can mean the difference between life and death.

In 2024, WHO needs $1.5 billion to respond to 41 ongoing health emergencies around the world.

Your donation directly supports WHO’s tireless efforts to prevent, prepare for, and respond to health emergencies wherever they take place. This includes delivering life-saving treatment, maintaining essential health services, and building resilience against future threats.
