Our standards work enables organisations to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of people who are print impaired. We help them understand how to meet their needs, and how to source and provide quality documents that use large print, audio, braille or other formats.
We also help those creating accessible documents, by sharing best-practice guidelines and setting minimum standards for the production of high-quality accessible formats.
The braille standards can be used as a checklist by producers, end-users, or those procuring accessible format materials to ensure that materials are of an acceptable level of quality to meet user needs. Read more...
