    Academic Year 2023/2024 Application Details

    Thank you for your interest in accommodation at UCC Campus Accommodation.

    We are now open to accept applications for the Academic Year 2023/2024.  Applicants will have until March 16th, 2023 to complete their application to be included in the accommodation lottery.  Booking deposits are not due until rooms have been allocated following the lottery. 

    Lotteries will take place at all Campus Accommodation locations.

    Please be assured all applications received within the timeframe for applications, one month in duration; will be included in the 2023/2024 Academic Year lottery.

    COVID 19 Cleaning & Safety Protocol at UCC Campus Accommodation

    At UCC Campus Accommodation the wellbeing of our residents and staff is of paramount importance.

    We have introduced a number of measures to ensure the highest level of protection.

     OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

    *Compliance with the official Health and Safety protocols issued by UCC and HSE
    *Hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout UCC Campus Accommodation properties
    *Strict maintenance of social distancing rules in Reception, stairs, lifts, refuse areas and in student accommodation.

    *Contactless payment is available

    *Due to COVID19, guests are not permitted at any UCC Campus Accommodation location during the Academic Year 2020/2021

    *All UCC CAmpus Accommodation staff have been trained in COVID19 H&S protocols.

    At UCC Campus Accommodation we constantly strive to improve our service to UCC Students.

    We are committed to enhancing the student experience and also in developing living, learning communities for students from all over Ireland and the world.

    Green Living, Postgraduate Accommodation; Quiet Housing and Alcohol Free/Substance Awareness housing is now available at all UCC Campus Accommodation locations. 
     

    Please indicate your preferances at the time of booking and we will endeavour to allocate accordingly.  Please note that accommodation is strictly subject to availability.

    Students who wish to reside in Green Living, Alcohol Free/Substance Aware or Quiet Housing locations must agree in advance to abide by the terms and conditions

    Living Learning Communities at UCC Campus Accommodation

    UCC Campus Accommodation is committed to enhancing the student experience by developing living, learning communities for students from all over the world. All UCC Campus Accommodation residences have community standards & expectations, including those regarding anti-social behaviour, alcohol abuse, neighborly noise and sound level considerations, however Quiet Housing thrives through a focused approach to ensuring a quieter living environment; namely respect for designated quiet hours and for other students’ need for quiet as outlined in the Quiet Housing Agreement. Alcohol & Substance Free Housing eschews the use of alcohol and illicit drugs of any kind and residents and their guests are not allowed in the residence under the influence of or in possession of any prohibited substances. Green Living is also an option from 2020; the principles of Green Living at Campus Accommodation include an active awareness of the consumption of water and energy, transport and biodiversity -ensuring recycling and waste disposal is efficient and by encouraging your fellow students to take part in our ongoing initiatives.

You may apply for Green Living Accommodation by choosing this option in your Application and Booking. The principles of Green Living at Campus Accommodation include an active awareness of the consumption of water and energy, ensuring recycling and waste disposal is efficient and by encouraging your fellow students to take part in our ongoing initiatives.
