The online class on Grief was excellent. Enough prompts so that a grieving person has an anchor, but not prescriptive. The latter modules in particular include ideas that I had not previously considered; I'd heard them but didn't explore them. Creating opportunities to connect with my loved and lost family and friends (Covid, etc.) in a positive way has lessened the hopeless sense that you get when you're grieving. So glad that I did this, and did all the exercises.

Dr. Hooper was thorough and quick. It was easy to get a hold of someone despite it being a Saturday evening. He told me I had some good instincts to be a little more cautious about my wound care and reassured me a telehealth appointment was sufficient

Christine Ryan is a awesome doctor, can't thank her enough for listening and asking questions about my thoughts and concerns and just all around made me remember how a doctor used to be and with her still is a caring down to earth doctor and I just can't say enough about teladoc it's the best in my opinion and I am thankful for her ... So easy and convenient. It is certainly one of the best benefits that our company gives us. I have a large family including foster children that are about to be adopted and I use it frequently. i’m constantly telling my coworkers to use it. You don’t have to go to an enclosed room with a bunch of other sick people to talk to a doctor and get a prescription. Outstanding service

Very quick and easy to get a prescription refill before an international trip. I would've had to schedule an in-person appointment, traveled there, etc. - this whole process took less than 5 minutes from start to finish and I had my prescription in hand a few hours later. Super convenient.

We loved using Teladoc. My daughter had symptoms of pink eye, and it was the weekend. This was a painless option, fast, the provider was professional, and it was much easier than trying to go to urgent care. She had a prescription within hours, and her symptoms were improving in less than a day. We would definitely use Teladoc again.

Sometimes it’s hard to take time out for an ailment that is affecting you but you just can’t find time to schedule an in person appointment. This is perfect for those situations. So much other life issues going on. This was easy and helpful for me to keep it all moving along with missing a beat on my health. Otherwise I would have to suffer through the issue as it only gets worse. Thankful for this option.

What a great convince to speak with a doctor within minutes of placing my request, I was able to complete my phone call while at dance for my other child and also not needing to take my baby into the medical office where they could potentially pick up a different germ or virus. So quick and simple.

I spoke with the doctor almost immediately from the time of booking. The doctor fully understood my concerns and was able to correctly diagnose what was going on with my skin. She sent a prescription into the pharmacy within minutes of our phone call and I was able to pick it up within an hour. The next morning, my skin was literally better than it was before. It was an excellent experience and I am so grateful I took the time to try this feature out.

This process made everything easier. My son was very lethargic. So, dragging him into an office sounded dreadful. He was able to stay home and still able to see a doctor. Who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She diagnosed him and put in a prescription for me to pick up. Very easy and convenient.

Teladoc helped my family out in a pinch. We had went for a weekend trip away from home when my son developed an ear infection. Teladoc was able to speak with us and call us in a prescription for
Ear drops saving us an expensive and unnecessary trip to ER for pain relief and time better spent elsewhere on our trip.

It was nice to have a doctor that listens and acts like they care. My provider had an excellent personality (which Is important for someone with depression) Wasn't sure about having an online doc but so far so good!

Provider was knowledgeable and provided medication as well as recommendations on how to help with my issue. Completely recommend and will be using these services again. Great for discrete contacts, as you can opt out of sharing history with your PC. I live in a small town so discretion is required.

As I said in the survey, the app isn't that great. I like that I can log food intake but there is no place for me to review patterns in my eating, analyze what I ate over several days.
Also, the BP machine squeezes my arm painfully -- I have never had that problem with other machines, including the doctor's office. So I avoid taking my BP, which I should not do.

The speed at which I was able to be seen was wonderful and the provider listened to me. I called in the middle of the night with concerns about some serious side effects of medication and he instructed me to go to the ER. I have an extremely high copay and my insurance will pay zero if it's not an "emergency" according to their guidelines. I wanted to take the consult notes to the ER with me as a "backup" reason for the ER visit but the diagnosis he listed was dizziness and giddiness. That's not an emergency. I called right back to see if it could be changed, but what was a free visit a few minutes prior now was $75. I say all this to ensure your provider documents his treatment plan or recommendations.

My experience was great! The physician was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and instantly knew what I needed and called in a prescription as soon as our session ended no waiting at all!! Extremely likely to recommend to all my friends and family !!

This was my first experience and it was great. First thing first this is available 24/7 so you can reach out to a medical practitioner any time unless it’s an emergency. My experience is that I could get connected to a doctor who listened patiently, explained and prescribed me medicine along with other advices.
