BelleBuon was an amazing find. So glad we booked in advance as it is very busy. They seem to use a staggered dinner seating and this allows every table to get great service. Staff are very friendly and attentive and we had great craic. They gave great recommendations from the food and wine menu. The food was absolutely amazing. Overall our experience here was brilliant....food, wine, staff, service, cleanliness. i would highly recommend this restaurant, but book in advance so as not to be disappointed, will definitely be back here next time we visit Barcelona.

We holiday in Barcelona for a few weeks every January/February and this has become one of our favourite places to return to. The food is perfectly traditional Italian and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The same family members are always present to welcome guests in with a smile and generous greeting (I don't know when they get time off?). Even the staff warn that the portion sizes are large so you don't order excessive amounts, but even if we leave a little of the main course, we usually tempted to one of the wonderful deserts here.

Very nice restaurant, would recommend it to everybody!! The host was really friendly and gave us some drinks already outside since we had to wait for a little while (our fault because we did not make a reservation). We had several pizza’s and pasta’s and everything was really good. It were large portions, so we could take the leftovers home and enjoy it the next day as well :)
Also, the host offered us many limoncello shots!! Great experience and we would definitely go again.

It is, no question, one of the best Italian restaurants in Barcelona. The food couldn't be better. I have been there more than once and every time it amazes me the quality of the products and dishes they serve. The staff is super helpful and they make the best honest recomendations one could ask for.
Special mention for the pears and cheese desert!

We enjoyed a delicious lunch of fresh pasta and homemade lasagne, both incredible quality and very generous portions. The service is excellent, with professionals who transmit their passion for what’s on your plate. To repeat and repeat! Grazie Giovanni e colleghi!

We ordered bread with tomatoes for appetizers, they were super delicious. We then shared a lasagna (meat and pork with tomato sauce) and a truffles tagliatella, the lasagna was the best I've had in a really long time, the tagliatella was really good too. For dessert we shared a cheesecake, it was amazing, not too sweet not too plain, just the perfect balance, beautiful texture, simply amazing. Our waiter (jean lucas) was a really nice guy, he helped us pick what to eat, he recommended us the red wine sangria which turned out to be amazing, excellent service! We even got limoncello shots on the house! Beautiful experience, delicious food, I'm definitely going back to try other items 😍 highly recommended

I ordered food with my girlfriend at this place because we saw what people were eating at the outside part of the restaurant. Before ordering, we asked waiter if we needed to book a table, he quickly checked and invited us to sit down. The service was very nice and humble, since we sat down we got all needed information about the food and drinks. They all looked so happy and had so much positive energy, very friendly!
She ordered pasta (don't remember the name) but it was really HUGE portion of fresh delicious pasta with some deep flavoured sauce and meat chunks. She gives it a 10 because it was only like 15€ but it feelt like 25-30€ pasta with that portion!
I ordered Lasagna (also forgot the name, but the waiter was recommending it). I got schocked when it came fresh inside "porcelain?" baking mold. So tasty with fresh Mozarella and Parmegiano, combined with pork meat was so delicious, yummy, deep in flavours and layed really good down inside my stomach! Also, price was super pleasant. For fresh and deep flavoured lasagna i only paid 15€.
I am also Polish so needed some alcohol, their Tequila shots are pretty good aswell as wine if you know which one you like!
- Totally Recommend this place!

This is a super fun and deliciously casual Italian restaurant. I totally loved it. My family is from Lake Como and we search out authentic Italian restaurants and this certainly hit the spot. The waiters and waitresses are primarily from Italy but even those from Spain speak Italian and have a feel for the culture and food.
I had the Napoletana version of lasagna which is more tomato-based than bologna béchamel-based lasagna. It was so delicious and wonderful. Then I had gelato with coffee on top and that was delicious too. Come here for a fun time with lovely, warm and talented people and enjoy the fun and vivacious atmosphere.

Great place for authentic Italian food. The carpaccio of bresaola literally melts in your mouth. Lots of options to indulge in pasta fresca. The Lasagne Classico is as delicious as it is enormous. Hurrah for doggie bags! Good wine seleciton and as you'd expect the desserts are to die for. Exceptionally friendly, polite staff who all seem to love working there and they all have a great sense of humour. One of the best Italian restaurants in Barcelona, if not the best. Well worth a visit!

Every time I looked up restaurants with the best reviews on Trip Advisor, BelleBuon kept coming up #1 in Barcelona.
Let me tell you, BelleBuon did not disappoint. The food was authentic Italian and the pasta was made in the restaurant from scratch. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pictures say it all...mmmmmm, so good!
PS Be sure to make reservations before hand, cause you are not walking in and finding a table or waiting for a table the same day. 📓
The deserts were also amazing!!! 😃

I wish I could give this place more than 5*. The best Italian food I have ever eaten and I have been to Italy many times. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the most wonderful, hilarious staff. They accommodate to your every need instantly. Use their recommendations, they’re never wrong! The chef specials are all made from home made pasta, cooked to perfection. Every part of the experience was phenomenal, we came back again just because of how amazing it was. I would return back to Barcelona just for BelleBuon, sensational.

This is definitely the best Italian restaurant we've tried in all of Spain. The pasta is hand made and of outstanding quality. In fact, everything is of amazing quality including the deserts, right down to the limoncello at the end. The service is fantastic too, everyone is extremely friendly and clearly passionate about the food they serve. Our camarero was Gian Luca, who is tremendously friendly and offers great advice on the menu and wines! Do yourself a favour and visit this place! It would be a loss not to and we'll definitely return

Spectacular food and service! This little place is truly wonderful. The pasta is fresh, flavorful and lovingly prepared. Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious. The staff strikes the perfect balance between warm and friendly and efficient and professional. Do not even try going here without a reservation. A little forethought will ensure you can enjoy a brilliant meal.

We decided to go for a dinner with a friend to BelleBuon but we did not make a reservation (not a clever move) but they were lovely and found a table for us. Amazing food, amazing personal service from Giovanni - we had a lasagna from home made pasta and pizza - everything split and a bottle of wine. Paid around 24€ per person.
Really recommend it! Definitely gonna come back in future. 10/10

Last nights visit was absolutely exceptional. Easy to make a reservation by WhatsApp just a couple days in advance. A very warm welcome from all the team who showed us through their personal recommendations from the menu and wine lists.
We had beautiful, warm focaccia to start as well as some Bruschetta, followed by, as recommended, the Homemade Tagliatelle with Wild Mushrooms, Parmesan Cream, Saffron and fresh Black Truffle. I’ve never been speechless having pasta before, but the first bite was genuinely unbelievable! Cannot recommend it highly enough. Delicious homemade pasta with a tasty, creamy yet simple sauce. We also had the Sausage Lasagne which too was exceptional! We finished by sharing a beautiful, light Tiramisu outside.
This was all accompanied by a delicious fruity bottle of red wine and a complimentary glass of Limoncello each after dessert.
All in all, 3 courses and a bottle of Italian red wine came to €75 total for 2 people. I struggle to think of anywhere that is of better value as it was simply the best Italian food we have ever had.
Finally, Dan and his team are so so welcoming, knowledgable, friendly and clearly enjoy what they all do. Could not have asked for a better team to look after us for the night. Note that they cannot take tips by card which was so sad as we did not have any cash to leave any additional tip! :( I hope this 5* review can make up for it and help make this restaurant be recognised as one of the very best around!
